David Obey is retiring. Does this mean the Repubs have northwestern Wisconsin in the bag?

Sean Duffy does look strong in his bid to become the first former MTV reality star in the United States Congress. If the Democrats have seven people throw hats into the ring, he could come out on top. Let’s hope for a little party strength and unity to keep Obey’s seat.
